Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Park Passport: Ontario and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
3. Choose your Google account when Google asks, to confirm it’s you.

Your account and your passport are deleted from our servers and from your phone right away.

Without the app

Write to support@parkpassport.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it’s done.

What is deleted

Your account (your name, email address and account ID) and your passport, every stamp in it. Nothing is kept.

Crash reports never contain your name, email or stamps; Google deletes them after 90 days.

Without an account, everything the app saved is on your phone only, and uninstalling the app deletes it.
